SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is added to your order before you check out. Orders will be sent the day after you place your order. All shipping is £3.99 and will take 3-5 Business days however orders over £60 after VAT will be sent free of charge via hermes 48 hour shipping. All shipping is sent fully protected.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers have the right to cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched. Any orders that have been dispatched are not eligible to be amended or cancelled.

Returns can only be accepted if the wrong item(s) have been sent or the item(s) sent are damaged. In the case of a return, Card Dons will cover postage and a full refund will be issued. If an item is proven to be delayed, rerouted or lost Card Dons will also issue a full refund.
All returns enquiries must be emailed to support@carddons.co.uk and will be responded to within 48 hours.
